I returned a faulty IQ outdoor cam to Google and have yet to receive a refund from them. I returned the camera on 5/21/22. They have verified receipt of the camera, however will not give me a cash refund in exchange since I have no proof of purchase except for an empty mount on the side of my house. I cannot exchange for the same camera since they STOPPED making this model. I have already complained to the BBB. Any other suggestions on how to further escalate this? It is not a cheap camera, and I just want a refund as I have mo plans to buy anything mad by Google.
