I have been using my Nest Dropcam for over 5 years. Today I tried logging into my Nest app with the email I have been using for all of this time and I cant get in. I tried resetting password, never got an email. I contact support and they say no account exists with that email. How is that possible, i even have that email save in all my nest login pages etc? Since they cant locate the account or reset my email Im effectively screwed. I tried creating a new account to link the camera to, but the camera is linked to the old account which according to support doesnt exist and I cant register the camera to the new account without removing it from the old account... Support cant unlink the camera unless i give the old account email address which appears to have disappeared overnight. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have exactly the same issue. Hopefully someone will supply an answer as I’m still paying the subscription but I am not getting the notifications when my doorbell rings.
