My Nest doorbell sends ring message from to my Nest Hub fine but despite trying for weeks I cannot get the ring message to get to my Google Pixel 3 phone. Any ideas?

Do you have the Google Home App on your Pixel 3? Is it the same Google account as your Nest Hub? If not you will need to add your phones google account to the "family" of your Nest Hub.
If the accounts are the same and you have the apps, then I would suspect that you might have notifications turned off on the phone, and would suggest clearing the cache for the apps and reinstalling to ensure no issues.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. First off, I have some questions I’d like to ask you.
Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’
