Tried the factory reboot on the doorbell . Rebooted my android phone , 2.4 GHZ on both . Every time i try to add a new item it says move it closer . I did have it installed but it kept telling me it was offline , maybe i should of not did a factory reboot . The blue light is flashing when i try to add it . Any other ways to add it ?

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this concern to our attention. I know how it feels when you can't add your Nest doorbell to your Google Home app. To confirm, how far is your Nest doorbell from your Wifi router?

Finally got it added .I was using the QR codeon the screen and it never worked .I was looking for the receipt to see when I bought it and found the blue instruction paper in the box . Tried that QR code and to my surprise it conected. 2 days of frustration and stress and finally it's over . Long story short I'm all good here , thanks for inquiring , much appreciated Emerson 🙏
