Nest Floodlight streaming to TV

Is the Nest Floodlight Wired cam considered to be 'battery' for the purposes of streaming to the chromecast for your TV? I can't seem to be able to get it to stream to my TV.

Can someone please help me with my alerts. I get over 100 a day because of cars driving by. I setup my zones for my front yard & front side walk. Then all boxes for alerts outside of zones are unchecked . It still sends alerts of cars going by.
