Google Camera Error message when running diagnostics

Hey, does anybody know what this means? Error occurred when calling SupportService_GetAccountGraph:

I’ve been having trouble getting the 24/7 to record on the timeline in the google app even though it’s plugged in so I tried diagnostics since googles chat support basically said to wait. And that’s what I ended up with.

I have the same error. And my camera videos are delayed and sometimes missing.

  • What type of Nest cameras do you have?
  • Are you experiencing this issue with all of your Nest cameras, or just one?
  • Are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app to access your video history?
  • Have you tried accessing your video history through the Nest website? Did the issue persist?
  • Have you tried using a different phone or device to access your video history? Did the problem occur on the other device as well?
  • What type of phone are you currently using?
