Google Chime Puck

My Google Chime puck stopped working, and I'm trying to find a way to replace it. I see that Google doesn't offer any help with that process. So I was hoping someone here whose gone through dealing with the Chime Puck, may have some insight on what to do.

The only option I see, is to purchase a new Google Nest.
