Google Doorbell Notifications and Home Feed

I have a problem with the new google doorbell battery connected to power. When I click on a notification on my iPhone 12, I don't get to that video file. I get a message that the video is not yet available, regardless of the time of opening. In addition, the camera immediately switches to live view. When i press the video from the recent overview there is no problem. Are there more people with this issue?

Second issue: I disabled the videos from outside the zone in the recent overview / home feed. However, these are all listed.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. 

  • Do you still need help with this issue?
  • Have you tried to Restart your cameras? I would definitely restart them. You can learn how here.
  • Make sure that your Apps are up to date as that could potentially cause issues as well.
  • The alert that you are getting, is it stating there was a new event? If it is just telling you about Familiar Faces or something like that, then it will give you a still photo usually.

These are issues that more users should experience. If I want to filter out the images from outside the zone, it should work if it is unchecked.

There is no improvement in opening the video from IOS either. On Android Device it works but on IOS not on multiple devices with a perfect WiFi connection.
