Google Floodlight Camera Integration with Smartthings

I installed and am operating the floodlight camera on Google home but would also like to integrate it into my Smartthings app. When I tried to add a device on Smartthings, I could find a Nest Floodlight Camera but after selecting it I get a message telling "Can't find a device to link to Samsun SmartThings". As I said earlier, the camera is working, I can see it stream on Google home. How do I get it to work with SmartThings?

Hey there,

 

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. 

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

Brad,

I think there is an issue with new Nest products integrating with Smartthings app. The restart did not solve the issue. My next step is to contact Smartthings and see if they can help.
