Google Hello Doorbell surface is peeling off & has issues with connecting devices

Hi,

I bought this Hello doorbell along with a Nest Smart screen in Dec 2019. Even though I paid a premium price, $260+taxes, I have terrible issues with connecting the doorbell with the smart screen. Also, connecting is taking so long (even with different wifi networks, I tried), and the doorbell itself falling apart (the protective coat is peeling off and looking ugly). Hope google would respond and replace the product.
