Google Home Battery Camera video always "unavailable"

I  recently bought the new Google Nest Battery Camera.  I know it is not Nest App compatible.  I get a notification that the camera sees someone, but when I click on the notification on my phone, I invariably get  "This video isn't available yet. Check back later."  What kind of security is this if I can't see what I'm being notified about?!!!

I have the same problem anybody found a solution ? i have even moved my wifi mesh point next to the camera with good signal and its the same 200/200mbit network. rebootet my network.  And when i eventually can see a video it´s only a couple of seconds long even though its set to 3 min recording and is wired.. For me this camera is just junk for now.

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration. 

 

However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.
