I changed my wifi network and tried to re-connect my camera.
The app is asking me to select the last 4 digits of the serial number, but nothing pulls up to select.
BTW- so many issues with the google/nest platform and reconnecting devices....so frustrating to deal with.

Same issue, gets to the “last 4 digits” page then freezes

Hey folks,
I'm sorry for the delayed response. The key or serial number is located next to the QR code. The 6-digit setup code (only for newer versions of camera and doorbell) is located on the back of the Nest Doorbell (battery)’s display, below the QR code. For Nest Cam (battery), Nest Cam with floodlight, and Nest Cam (wired), it’s located on the bottom near the charge cable connection and speaker. You can tap find the setup code on the Google Home app for guidance.
