I recently purchased a four pack of Google Nest Cams Indoor/Outdoor battery. It was delivered in two, two pack purchases. One had a charging plug and one mounting bracket. The other had one mounting bracket with no charging plug.
I figured at first, no big deal. I’ll just call and order the parts that were missing. Well, Google Store couldn’t help me. Said I should research and but from a third party. Really?? The guy I was chatting with was very helpful but apparently google doesn’t have their SH@# together.
This has been the most ridiculous purchase experience I have had to date. Think twice before buying Google Nest products.
