Google Nest Doorbell Second Gen Does not let me Playback Events

 This is all I see. And it isn’t just my device, it is everyone’s devices in the household that show this. Despite that I have deleted the app and redownloaded the app. I have made sure Nest Aware is active. And still nothing. Just installed this doorbell yesterday and would hate to have to send it back.

Hello, I'm an end user like you.  Has it worked at all for you and it just stopped working?

Are you able to see the LIVE image?

You can try speaking to a Google Support person on the phone or chat.  Here is the link to start the process....
