Google Nest Doorbell (battery) can't find WIFI connection

Hi,

My doorbell was working.  I switched internet providers.  My Google Nest is still working, but the doorbell is not.  Says it can't connect to WIFI.  Light doesn't pulse blue either.  Tried restarting it and setting up a new home for it.  Nothing is working.  Help.

Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings, which is why their first recommendation is to use the same network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem as you were using on your old router/modem.

If you can't do that, then you should have removed your doorbell from the Google Home app while still on you old Wi-Fi network, then do a factory reset, and then reinstall.  You need to do a factory reset, not a "Restart", as described here:
