Well this product is just horrible. Got it all set up and the video just cuts out every time you touch your phone…. Anyone else want to throw this garbage on the river or is it just me?

If the video is cutting out every time you touch your phone , then why is it the doorbell you are so quick too fault?

What operating system? "Android Go 11" is known to cut out and be impossible to use when toggling videos the apo keeps stopping. I've seen a few cases of it online.

@IanShanley, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, have you tried using a different mobile phone to check if it's doing the same behavior? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Are you on Wifi connection or mobile data? Try restarting your Nest Camera and Wifi router and reinstall your app. Let us know how it goes.
