Google Nest Floodlight with Camera

Tab1

I have the Google nest floodlight with camera. Had for about a year and they work great, my wife removed them accidentally off our Google home app. How can I re add? We have them as our floodlights high up on house, so I really need to climb up again on a ladder? I don’t know how to get to add them back to our Google home since I do not have the QR codes anymore

Unfortunately, you need the QR code or setup key. The QR code is on a sticker that would have been affixed to the front lens of the camera. If you no longer have that sticker, then you’ll need the setup key, which is physically printed on the back of the camera. Once you have either the QR code or setup key:

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap the Devices tab.
  3. Tap + Add.
  4. Tap New device.
  5. Follow the steps in the app.
