Good afternoon. We recently switched to a new internet provider and I was unable to get two google cams to connect with the new WiFi so I removed them from the Google home App but I am unable to get them connected as a new device. I have tried everything. The third camera was able to connect via the Nest App but when I try to add the additional two cameras on Nest, it says I must do so on the Google home app. I scan the QR code, go through all of the prompts and get to the final stage which always says unable to connect. Any advice? Much appreciated.

After removing them from the Google Home app, did you factory reset them?

Thank you! That solved my first problem. They are both on line now but one camera won’t show any video. It says it’s offline. Any ideas?

That could be caused by quite a few things.
