Google cameras will no longer complete setup via google home. Cameras were previously connected. Changed wi-fi and need to reconfigure cameras to connect to new wi-fi but they now won’t complete setup process. Cameras have been reset, phone rebooted, Bluetooth turned off/on, router restarted, etc.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how was the reset done? Which Nest Camera do you have? Just a reminder, after the reset make sure you see a pulsing blue light indicating that it's ready to connect.

The cameras are the google indoor/outdoor cameras (white round cameras). So reset was done by pushing the button the back until the light flashes yellow. Is that the correct procedure?

Hey, thanks for sharing that info! If you have a Nest Indoor or Outdoor battery camera, you'll need to press the reset button on the back for at least 12 seconds. Keep holding it until you hear a countdown tone. After that, the LED light should start pulsing blue, which means you've successfully completed the factory reset.
