Google doorbell going offline after 10mins

Hi 

i have google camera doorbell since years now

starting yesterday the camera on my app says “camera is offline please check WiFi connection”

I have tired restart/factory restart 

router restart, removed camera from app etc

i have tried every possibility I can think off

i need help !!

This product is uselesss

worked for 2 year and now only connects for 30mins and stops working.

i have tried each and every troubleshoot methods: please dont reply on this thread to do basic things like factory reset restart etc

everytime has been done

so this is step from google to make users buy another version and stop previous version? Just like Apple products?

It’s ridiculous 

they want us to order new one that’s all…
