Just installed Google doorbell wired 2nd gen. Not able to connect device to Wi-Fi. Getting the following message: There was a problem scanning for Wi-Fi networks on your device. The device is no longer connected - try connecting again.
Keeps happening. Please help.

We appreciate you taking your time posting here in our Community. Let’s get the most out of your Nest Camera and see what we can do here. For starters, do you still see your Nest Camera from your app? Have you tried restarting it? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router?
Also, give these steps a whirl:

Thanks for the reply. I performed a reboot and was able to access Wi-Fi. It’s working like a champ now.
