No sound/audio on downloaded clips for Nest Cam Indoor (wired) 2nd Gen

This has been an issue for a while now. I notice when I download clips from google home app it downloads without sound/audio..

It seems to be a bug that is not getting fixed because there are some clips that I download that do have sound/audio.

I am not sure if the issue is the length of the video but it seems like clips that are over 5 minutes long are usually the clips that don't have sound/audio, all the videos that are under 5 minutes I've never had an issue with.
