Google home and battery neat cam problem

Hello everyone so I recently bought a second outdoor nest camera and no matter what i try it won't connect, I've replaced it once already and the first time I set it up it says Google communication error, then everytime after that it fails to connect to the internet, I've factory reseted the device holding down the bottom. I've restarted my internet and nothing I then factory reset my doorbell cam and I was able to connect that to my internet but still no luck with the battery nest cam. can anyone gives me pointers.

I understand you're experiencing issues connecting your Nest Cam (outdoor, battery) to your Wi-Fi network and encountered a "Google communication" error during initial setup, especially when your Nest Doorbell connected without a problem. I appreciate all the efforts you've made to resolve this inconvenience. I know this isn't the experience you expected, but no worries, help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • Can the camera find other Wi-Fi networks?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera
  • What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • What's the status LED light of your camera?
  • Could you describe the steps you took to perform the factory reset?
