For 10 days now I've been unable to use my nest battery cameras because the google home app is totally unusable after the last google play store update. Anyone have a fix for this pls?? Googles so called senior engineers have no idea at all. And i mean literally no idea AT ALL. I haven't been able to monitor a person with a disability *pwd* for 10 days now because the home app is so broken it just crashes constantly and does not work at all. I fear the person with a disability will try to commit suicide or self harm as they're aware the cameras are inoperable and know they cannot be monitored.
ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated pls as the pwd cannot be watched personally twenty four hours a day. Pls has anyone got anything at all I'll try anything to fix this issue.
Seems google have given up on the pwd and put it in the too hard basket.

Hi kimmm,
Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Let me help you. A few questions: what phone are you using (Android or iOS)? Is the Google Home app updated? Also, have you tried relinking the Google Home app? Using another phone will also help us isolate this.
Keep me posted.
Regards,
Juni
