Google home not sending presence and turning cameras on when I leave

Google home stopped presence sensing and my cameras no longer turn on when I leave. I turn them on manually and they don’t turn off when I get home. It worked for about a month and then randomly stopped. 

I have all the settings they recommend (iPhone): always allow location on, precise location on, cellular data on. Only my phone is on this home.
