Google nest Doorbell voice annoucement not working

Hello,

My Google Doorbell Voice Announcement is suddenly not working.  Are there troubleshooting steps?  Any Ideas of what i can try?

If you're not getting announcements on your Nest Hubs or Nest Minis or Nest speakers, check whether "Visitor announcements" is turned on under Settings for your Google Nest Hello Doorbell. It should work unless one of your Nest Hubs is set to "Do not disturb". If you're not getting alerts on your phone, check whether "Push notifications" is turned on under "Notifications" under Settings for your doorbell.

Hey there,

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to Restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
