Google nest Outdoor warranty dead ends

I have a 1 1/2 year Nest camera battery Outdoor I have submitted multiple requests that the link for the replacement they sent is broken (500 error on thier end)  The lonk to the RMA # works. There must be another way to get a eplacement 

Send the old one back first , wait for a refund or something.,,,

Frustrated

I have recieved 3 service.numbers and text/spoken to 3 customerservice reps 3 Techn (to troubleshoot and verify defective) I am no further than the day I started.

I still have not resouled this issue if replacement Google warranfy seems to be impossible to use. I have almost google (everything) products and my experiance will weigh heavily on my next Google product purchase decision. 

Dead end after dead end, text after text , call after call. All replies have been almost wrote and robotic. Litterally weeks and I am no further than I started.

What a disappointment

As a side note; we unfortunately do not offer replacements for parts. If your device is no longer under warranty, we aren't able to offer a replacement.

Brad I just missed a call from Google  not sure if that was your reply I tried to return it butbthe rep said the only thing she could do is start the prosess from the begining. No way for her to transfer the call

I can see how this may be frustrating for you. I wish I was able to offer a different outcome, but we simply aren't able to process any of those requests here. We'll leave this thread up for another 24 hours or so for any follow-up questions or concerns.

After my final effort texting customer service I finally recieved my replacement . I am not sure what was wrong with the "Replacement Link" but it worked the last time it was sent. O will be sending my old unit back asap , fingers crossed that that part of the process goes smoothly   Thank you
