Google nest battery camera won't connect to spectrum wifi at new home

My camera won't connect to Google home app at the new home with new WiFi. I've already tried restarting my phone restarting the router restarting the camera, factory resetting the camera. I have followed all the steps in every post about this on this website.

So now what do I do?

@Curarx

Are you certain the factory reset occurred, with the status light blinking yellow 4 times at 10 seconds, and the status light steady, solid yellow at 12 seconds, followed by a confirmation tone?  Sometimes it seems like it takes longer than 12 seconds, perhaps because it's a challenge to get the reset button depressed.

(Things seem to go better if, when moving, the Google Nest device is first removed from the Google Home app while you are still on the old Wi-Fi network.)

Yes, i hold it quite a while and a confirmation tone plays. Am i supposed to hold it longer than that? I definitely have not noticed any yellow light

The factory reset should follow the sequence described in the Help topic

Hello Curarx,

Checking in — did you get a chance to try the steps shared by MplsCustomer? The LED light should be pulsating blue on the Nest Camera after you do the factory reset. Let me know if you need more help.

Thanks for the help, MplsCustomer.

Best,
Edmond
