Google nest cam with google assistant or routine

Hi, 

I'm just wondering whether I can control my Nest Cam via Google assistant. 

I have trouble including Nest Cam into my routine from the Google Home App. It keeps saying it can't detect the device.

Only certain features are available in routines.

I have a routine that when I say 'Outside' my Google Nest camera displays on my Chromecast with Google TV.
