Google nest camera battery showing and not mounted

Hi, 

I have recently taken my google camera down to charge. 
when I have them remounted it, the camera is not recognising it has been remounted and will not let me view it. 
It is mounted on a google magnetic mount.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? How long did you charge it? Try restarting it by pressing the small button located at the back of the camera for 5 seconds. Let us know how it goes.
