Exhausted all solutions
used personal gmail account instead of google work mail.
reset device
uninstalled google home and created another home environment and just tried to add the front entry nest camera . Didn’t work
it’s a loop between migrating nest to google and when I continue without migration with nest google I do not receive an email to the registered personal gmail already linked with my google home . Honestly google , I want a complete refund on all my nest devices including google hub. Alexa sounds like a better partner.

Hello, I'm an end user like you and I feel your pain having gone thru similar problems. Unfortunately since this is a USER FORUM you will not get a response from the folks at Google as they don't participate much in this forum. I think your best bet is to open an official support ticket and speak with an actual Nest Tech person. Here is the link to start the process and speak with someone.
