Can someone please help…I’m going insane here
bought 2 Google nest cameras brand new from EE. Going through the install procedure. I’ve created my home address, the it asks me to scan the QR code for the camera….I do this a continue through the install procedure but it just keeps saying at the end….oops something went wrong…..I could throw the **bleep** things outta the window…..so frustrating….does anyone know what I’m doing wrong….even though I’m following all the online prompts

Get used to it i wish id never bought them at all massively regret it... My advice return them buy another brand and save your sanity... Google cams are not fit for purpose theyre a massive rip off

I had this issue on my phone. Reason was i had wifi and mobile data turned on when trying to set them up. I turned "off mobile data" left only the "wifi on' and they connected straight away. May not be your problem its only a suggestion

That's a good suggestion, Fraa. We've seen that affect some users in the past. Hopefully that does the trick. Thanks for sharing that.
