Google nest cameras multiple alerts

Most of the time the alerts are doubled. But the other day I had my earbuds in walking my dog out and away from my home, and it told me 4 times in succession, “Person seen floodlight camera”. 

my doorbell and my outside camera pointing to my front door always doubles the alert for the same activity.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Let's see what's going on — when did it start happening? Has the camera been moved recently? Are there any Activity Zones set up for the camera? Have you tried restarting it to refresh the device? If that doesn't work, resetting the device to its default settings might help.

I can restart the door bell and walk way cameras but the flood camera is too high to reset.

They came they added zones, but they didn’t reset and adding zones didn’t help. They rescheduled me with a network team coming out next weekend. Thanks for checking in.
