Hello, I'm an end user like you. I would first say try and ask a friend to help you. The process might just go a lot faster than trying to speak with someone over the phone who isn't there in the room with you actually doing it.
But if you want to speak with a support person you can do it by click on this link (below) and creating a support ticket. After you put in all the info there is a chance to speak with a person on the phone. But get ready it could easily be a 1-hour+ phone call.
