Hi when installing my Google nest doorbell with the wedge plate. The small screw to screw in the plate to the wedge broke in the hole. Any idea on what I can do to make sure this is secure or remove the screw?

I am afraid we cannot issue a replacement for the screws, but we could for the backplate. I am not sure how to help you there as I do not know what it looks like, but have you tried to contact Support so they can troubleshoot the issue with you live?
Best regards,
Brad.

Hi Brad
I spoke with support and they said they couldn’t do anything. If you could get me a new backplate I can use my own screws to install it. Could you please get me in contact with someone that can help me with a wedge back plate replacement?

You can try to look on ebay or something like that to see if you can purchase a new one there. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
Best regards,
Brad.

My device is brand new… How was it out of warranty?

I am glad to hear that it's still under warranty, my mistake for misunderstanding you, as I read what you said wrong. However, I can't help you with the screws or an entire replacement. Please contact Support for further assistance.
Best regards,
Brad
