Google nest has two aliases for same address

My google nest account somehow has two aliases and there is no way I can delete either one. Its a total mystery to me why this happened apart from a failed  install of smoke detectors after which the second alias appeared out of thin air.

Tried everything including feedback in the home app (which is completely ignored) and similar threads with failed solutions from your end.

So, how do I get rid of the second alias I haven't made and is an obvious bug in the software??

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that you have 2 Google Nest accounts and you are unable to delete one of them. I know you're doing your best, and it's understandable to feel frustrated. We'll figure this out together.

I just want to confirm. Did you refer to a "home/structure" in your Nest app or Google Home app? or about a Google email account?
