Bought nest iq about 3 years already been replaced once.
Just realised it wasn't working, could have been months or days, maybe since we moved in 18 months ago. Either way spent last few hours, trying all the various help links, resets, hard reset etc.. I've got no power at all. The reset button used to have the blue light and noise, but there is nothing at all.
Is there someone from the google support community who can advise please? Or get in contact with me.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry that your Nest IQ camera doesn't have power. I understand how frustrating it is, especially if you already did all the troubleshooting steps and it is still not working.
I would like to check and make sure you did the troubleshooting steps properly. I need to ask a few questions to better understand the issue.
What type of Nest IQ cameras do you have?
Were there changes made to the setup, settings, and/or app for the Nest camera?
Have you used the USB cable and adapter that shipped with the camera?
