Spoke with 2 customer service agents and supervisor.
Refusing to replace my doorbell for peeling. It is a couple months out of warranty. But all 3 said that it’s because I have it installed outside. Really? Where else should my doorbell be installed? It is under a covered porch, NOT in direct sunlight.
This is a manufacturing defect. If meant for outdoor use it should withstand outdoor conditions.
This seems widespread. Can this be a class action lawsuit?
