Sure is a completely frustrating experience. I had 2 indoor cams attached to a nest aware account. I changed my wifi router config and these cameras are the only devices in my home that would not re-attach (I used the same SSID as the old one in my new setup). I have factory reset the cameras, deleted the home and re-added it using a different name, applied nest aware to the newly named home, restarted everything, yet the cameras refuse to setup. In the process, I get as far as "Connecting to joining device" and it always fails with the message "Something went wrong". I'm super surprised how google is the only smarthome company that can't get this right. It's so frustrating - I want to throw these things out the window and go buy something else that actually works. But it's christmas and I can't afford to. H E L P P L E A S E ! !

Hi jc31415,
Thanks for writing to the Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting the Nest camera to the new WiFi router. I’d be happy to help you with this. Let’s check it out.
A few questions: what model of Nest indoor camera do you have? What is the color of the status light? Are you using the Google Home or Nest apps?
If the status light isn’t pulsing blue, follow the steps below to reset the camera to factory settings before adding it back to the app:
Let me know if the issue persists.
All the best,
Lance
