I've installed a brand new Hello Doorbell and when setting up via Home App, it keeps failing because the status light doesn't turn on (not blue, not yellow, its just off). The Blue ring around the doorbell works fine so the device definitely has power but the status light does not. Can anyone help please?

The Google Nest Hello Doorbell gets installed in the Google Nest app. The newer 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell gets installed in the Google Home app.
