Hi, I have setup my doorbell but I'm having issues with video.
When the doorbell if rang I get the notification straight away that's great but when I press the notification the video is almost none existent but only has a frame or two every ten seconds or so.
If I look at the video through Google home is fine no problem but in nest it's un workable.
My wife's phone works great with it however. My phone is the Moto g30 so it's pretty powerful while the wife's is a bit older.
Got to be software I think.

I am having the same problem! I have my router close to doorbell, and same poor performance.
My father has a ring.. was a third of the price and video is as it should be. I'm fairly ticked off about it (feel like I got ripped off).
It would be nice if you could read the signal strength from the doorbell so that could easily be ruled in/out and help you determine the problem.

I've found that it is not the hardware but the software. If I go to the nest app live stream then it's pretty solid wherever I am home or away. but if anyone rings the door and I answer in the Nest app or Google Home then things are bad so there is hope with a future software update.
