History only available for current day

Hello, I do not have nest aware  subscription however its my understanding that i get 3 hours worth of recording on this product however I am only able to view history for the current day thorugh the google home app on my phone. is this a known issue? or something wrong with my camera/setup?

I purchased the same doorbell thinking the 3 hours meant 3 hours of recordings, but it actually means only the notifications that have happened in the last 3 hours.

wow, well that's pretty useless . I have reread the page here:  https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538?hl=en and on there it states "3 free hours of event video history is available for the Nest Cam (battery) and Nest Doorbell (battery)"  ALso I actually have the floodlight nest cam butlikely is the same issue. may have to take this up with someone working at google

misleading much?  FYI I have
