Doorbell Live Video Unavailable

I have factory reset 3 times, restarted router, moved doorbell right next to router, removed and redownloaded google home app twice, charged battery to 100%… = live video unavailable go back to Arlo?

Nest Battery cameras plugged in / power outage?

If we hardwire (i.e. keep them plugged in) our indoor battery powered cameras, will they automatically switch to battery power if there is a power outage, and then back to electricity when the power returns?
