Nest Hello Crashes on start up

Hello,

My Nest Hellos is crashing all the time after about 10 seconds. It looks to be in a loop when after the blue ring lights up, and the green led at the top momentary comes on, then it all turns off and continues to do the same again.

I have two Nest Hellos, so have tried it on the other power supply and it is doing the same thing, so its an issue with the doorbell itself.

Anyone else had anything like this?

Thanks,

Ian

I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue! Have you tried to Factory Reset the doorbell? And have you tried to disconnect it from it's power source and reconnect it?

Best regards,

Brad.

Hi @Brad thank you for coming back to me.

Yes I've tried that, and also tried different power supplies as I have two hellos and when I switched them, made no difference.

It sounds like you may have some sort of power requirements issues if it is not staying powered on and working. Check out this link here on the Power Requirements needed. If that doesn't help you figure things out, I would suggest Factory Resetting your device, or just removing it from your Home and adding it back in. Both have worked for some.

Brad.
