Home accidentaly deleted - Impossible to retrieve it - Impossible to connect my Nest to a new Home

Hello,

I have accidentaly deleted a Home in which my only Nest Cam was set up.

It is now impossible to reconnect my cam to a new home, nor a new account (cam flashing white then never turns to blue).

If I want to facility retsore my cam ... it asks me to do it from Google Home and then my (lost) Home ... and I turn around in circle.

Please help 😞

thanks so much

If you have the newer Google Nest Cam (wired), which gets installed in the Google Home app, you can do a factory reset by pressing the reset button for 12 seconds. "Locate the reset hole on the bottom of the camera head. It’s between the power cord and the camera neck."

If uni have the older Nest Cam Indoor, which gets installed in the Google Nest app, Google Nest's instructions say there is no reset button and you're supposed to remove it from your account in the Google Nest app:

They don't say what you're supposed to do if you can't do that, but I've seen a few posts in this forum where Google Nest Community Specialists have said to unplug the camera for a full 48 hours; judging from past posts, it seems that SOMETIMES works.

Thank you so much ! It worked ! I had never noticed this little reset button !
Thanks again
