Home app 1 Gen camera preview not showing in notification

So when my wife or I get a notification from my 1st Gen nest devices about motion, animals or people/person we are not being shown the preview inside the notification. It was working in the Nest app but sense we migrated them over to the home app it does show the preview in the notification.

There seem to be some glitches when transferring 1st gen cameras from the Google Nest app to the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, based on other posts I've seen in this forum. You could try sending "Feedback" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7071494).

We're not using the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app and are not transferring our 1st gen cameras (1st gen doorbells are still not eligible) because so many Nest app functions are still lacking in the Google Home app (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234#zippy=%2Cnest-app-only-features).

I transferred one of my Gen 1 cameras and I can tell you I'm seeing that exact same thing.  I only get a text notification from the Google Home app when it see motion.  If you click the notification it brings you into the app and shows you the clip.

There is a way to reverse the migration and put the camera back in to the Nest App if you want.  I don't know the process of the top of my head but if you want help in how to do that let me know and I can get the answer.

Thank you for the responses. Glad to hear it is not just me and my wife. And hopefully it's something the Google team is working on.
