How can I call to speak to live person

I need to speak with someone to get help with invite emails. Inbit email address is not the same as what I entered.

i have purchased Google nest and the Mest app is saying they are not compatible for rebates

Was you able to actually speak to a live agent. I'm having a lot of problems with my nest account. I'm having trouble getting videos and replays. Thank you
