How do I get a refund for my nest cameras? They are straight garbage, never connect, videos are never 'available', doorbell notifications are 5s, battery on doorbell lasts about 1 week.
Before one of the community members replies with a bunch of boilerplate messages, I've tried all those.

If they aren't working for you just return them to the place of purchase. If you got them at the Google Store contact them for a return authorization.

I've had my units for about 5 months now. I bought them from bestbuy. how can i get a refund for devices that do not work 50% of the time?!
