I accidentally removed one of my cameras from my home nest ap. I have the QR code and serial number BUT the camera is in the UK and I am in Australia. I get as far as entering the QR code but get a NC023 error because the ap can’t find the camera. Is it only possible to add products if you are physically next to it at the time?

Hey there Alim,
I'm so sorry to hear about the error message that you're getting when trying to remotely add your camera to your nest app, I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you.
It seems that you're getting the NC023 error because you're not near your camera, and unfortunately you do need do be near it so that it can connect. You can also try to use this troubleshooter but I'm afraid it may give you the same thing.

Thanks - I will have to get a relative to try and reset it for me as I am stuck overseas and cannot get to the camera.
