My thermostat went offline and I tried to reset it. Now I cannot connect
to the app at all. When I scan the QR code there is no key provided to
proceed any further, also settings say there is no NEST app??? HELP

I have had my NEST system for some time and now the thermostat keeps

chat they were unable to help me and advised they would escalate my

Thanks - we gave that a try with no luck, and now the thermostat has
stopped connecting too. We tried removing them from the app and
resetting. Nothing, and the thermostat won't show a key code when trying
to add it back in. Nightmare
